This is a genuine opportunity to make impact - and leave real legacy.Your key dutiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.Lead transport and mobility projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial success.Provide strategic transport planning advice, including masterplans, access and parking studies.Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver integrated, sustainable, and equitable transport solutions.Oversee the quality of technical reports, visualizations, and presentations.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Your Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related field.10+ years of experience in transport planning, with a strong portfolio of Middle East projects.Proficiency in transport modelling tools (e.g., GIS, VISSIM, VISUM, Synchro, Sidra) is preferred.Thought leadership in future mobility and emerging transport technologies.What We Offer YouCareer-defining projects and leadership opportunities.Hybrid working arrangements.Support for professional development and memberships.A collaborative, inclusive environment where your voice matters.A place for everyone Buro Happold values individual's flexible approaches to working patterns as an important part of the way you work and achieve balance.
