As a Finance Associate, your role will encompass budgeting, managing tax payments, involvement in internal audits, and providing support to senior managers. By meticulously managing our financial records and supporting R&D on key projects, you will play a vital role in the organization’s success. Experience – 2 to 3 Years Location – Thane Shift – General Roles & Responsibilities • Prepare and post receipts, invoices, and other standard bookkeeping tasks • Collaborate with the global team on monthly and annual closings • Prepare financials, MIS reports • Assisting in Statutory Audit & Tax Audits • Undertake monthly GST filings, annual reconciliations and related calculations • Manage petty cash formulations • Co-ordinate with the banking partners for seamless services and be the main point of contact from the organization • Manage corporate compliances, work with external partners to ensure timely management of compliances (ROC, MCA, GST etc.) Preferred candidate profile • Experienced in the field of accounting • Knowledge of ERP such as SAP/Microsoft DynamicsStrong Technical Skill, Regulatory & Tax Compliances • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent computer knowledge (Tally, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Government websites etc.) • Clear and crisp in communication via emails with foreign stakeholders • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and methodical approach
