We deliver end-to-end projects from concept and visualization through construction and installation, with an emphasis on on-site execution and quality control.Primary job title (standardized): Interior DesignerAbout The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced on-site Interior Designer to join a dynamic design practice focused on high-quality, client-facing projects across cities in India. The role requires strong technical documentation skills, excellent 3D visualization capabilities, and the ability to manage vendors and contractors to deliver design intent on time and on budget.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead full-lifecycle interior design for residential, hospitality and commercial projects: concept development, schematic design, detailed design and FF&E schedules.Produce accurate construction drawings, joinery details and technical specifications for on-site execution and contractor tendering.Develop photorealistic 3D visualizations and presentation materials to communicate design proposals and secure client approvals.Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants and vendors on-site to ensure quality, schedule adherence and design compliance.Manage project timelines, procurement and vendor deliveries; monitor budgets and resolve site issues proactively.Mentor junior designers and collaborate with project managers to improve delivery workflows and maintain documentation standards.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture and a strong portfolio of executed on-site projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and 3ds Max; experience with V-Ray or comparable renderers.Proven expertise in construction documentation, joinery detailing and FF&E specification.Client-facing project management ability including budget tracking, vendor coordination and site supervision.PreferredFamiliarity with BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, Bluebeam) and experience on hospitality or luxury residential projects.Relevant professional certifications or additional training in project management or advanced visualization techniques.Benefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive compensation with performance-linked incentives and project-based allowances.Collaborative, design-driven environment with frequent site exposure and cross-functional teamwork.Clear career path with opportunities to lead projects, mentor teams and expand technical responsibilities.To apply, prepare a concise portfolio showcasing executed projects, technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
