Create visual narratives for launches, campaigns, partnerships & merch. Design high-quality assets: icons, illustrations, posters, textures, social visuals. Web & DigitalDesign world-class marketing pages that inspire trust & conversion. Build web components and patterns that scale the brand across surfaces. Collaborate with product designer so brand and product feel unified. Motion & InteractionCreate subtle animation moments (micro-interactions, mascot motions, UI transitions). Contribute to short launch videos or motion storytelling (nice-to-have, not mandatory). Ideal CandidateStrong visual taste and obsession with craft. Excellent in Figma + Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop. Basic proficiency in After Effects (bonus). Portfolio with identity systems, web design, and visual storytelling. Ability to think in systems: layout, type, grids, spacing, motion logic. Comfortable working with vague ideas and shaping them into concise creative directions.
