Join our Financial Reporting team and leverage your expertise to drive accuracy, transparency, and insight across our organizationJob SummaryAs an Associate in the Financial Reporting team, you will apply your up-to-date product, industry, and market knowledge to consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data. You will coordinate data collection and business results with various lines of business and reporting teams, assist in assessing issues and outcomes, and communicate financial information clearly. This role offers the opportunity to participate in the production, review, and filing of reports for regulatory agencies, interpret regulatory requirements, and work across diverse functions and locations.Job ResponsibilitiesApply up-to-date product/industry/market knowledge in specialty areas of reportingConsolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness; perform quarter-over-quarter variance analyticsCoordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers and reporting teamsAssist in the thorough assessment of the issues and outcomesClearly communicate financial information to the lines of businesses, and flag potential issuesParticipate in various aspects for the production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for various regulatory agencies that are used by the regulators for compiling widely-used statistics on the levels of, and changes in, domestic and international portfolio positionsInterpret and define regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external policiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills4+ years in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and/or regulatory reportingDegree in Accounting or FinanceExperience in Product Control, Financial Control or knowledge Reg reporting Strong skills in time management, problem solving, written and oral communication.Team player, with ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations and businessesExcellent Excel and computer skillsProject management experience/skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsKnowledge of Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantageExperience in discounted cash flow valuation a plusShould be flexible to work in LATAM shiftsABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
