We’re catalysing the next wave of secure digital transformation—and we’re looking for an Associate IT Security Analyst who’s ready to step up and own a mission-critical role in Identity & Access Management (IAM). This position is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about ensuring secure access to enterprise systems across multiple regions.In this role, you’ll partner closely with our IAM team to make sure the right people have the right access at the right time. You’ll also be the first line of defence for security incidents, leveraging both monitoring tools and Help Desk workflows. This is a fantastic entry-to-mid stepping stone for someone eager to deepen technical security experience while learning from global experts.What You’ll Own & DriveExecute user access provisioning and de-provisioning across global networks, applications, and business systems.Manage sensitive terminations in collaboration with HR and Legal.Leverage and maintain platforms such as Active Directory, Exchange, and various IAM tools.Monitor, assess, and enhance security system capabilities to fortify network and application integrity.Participate in post-incident investigations and develop clear, comprehensive incident reports.Partner with auditors, IT leadership, and HR to resolve security access control issues.Administer Litigation Hold processes and contractor network access.Maintain compliance with IT Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) standards.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of security frameworks, procedures, and access control technologies.What Sets You Up for SuccessYou’ll excel in this role if you bring a solution-minded mindset, strong stakeholder engagement ability, and the resilience to navigate shifting priorities. You’ll be communicating frequently with global colleagues, vendors, and partners, so clear, confident communication is essential.This role calls for someone self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders while keeping a keen eye on detail and compliance.What We’re Looking For!Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field OR an Associate’s degree with 3+ years’ experience OR 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience.At least 1 year of experience in Information Security or Identity & Access Management.Track record in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues.Working knowledge of Linux, Windows administration, and relevant scripting languages.Proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with IT Security technologies such as: a) Identity lifecycle management & role-based access solutions b) Directory servicesPreferred & Advantageous QualificationsDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GPEN, GCIH, GSEC, OSCP, Security+, or IAT/IASAE Level II.Exposure to single sign-on, MFA, and federation solutions.Working knowledge of Endpoint Security tools.Experience collaborating within a global, matrixed organisation.If you're ready to push boundaries, innovate in the IAM space, and grow your career in a globally connected environment, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now and be part of a team that values passion, integrity, continuous improvement, and delivering real results.
