Information Technology Security Manager

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Security Operations Lead to manage our regional Security Operations and Identity Access Management (IAM) functions. This role is responsible for leading a team, strengthening our cyber defense posture, ensuring proper access control, and supporting compliance across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the regional Security & IAM Operations team.Oversee daily security monitoring, incident response, and coordination with Cyber Defense Center (CDC).Drive IAM activities, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, RBAC, MFA, SSO and PAM.Manage vulnerability assessments, threat detection, and remediation activities.Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units.Evaluate and implement security & IAM tools and technologies.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.10+ years in IT Security / IAM operations.Strong leadership and team-management experience.Solid hands-on experience with security operations, threat management, and IAM frameworks.Why Join Us?Work with a global brand in a regional roleStrong career growth in cybersecurity & IAMCollaborative and innovative environment
