About The RoleWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate, Marketing (Partnership and Affiliate) to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our strategic collaborations, helping to execute high-impact campaigns with leading brands in banking, telco, lifestyle, and tourism.You will play a dual role: supporting the end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns and driving growth within our affiliate network. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys connecting the dots between external partners, internal teams, and data-driven results.Key Responsibilities Partnership Campaign ExecutionEnd-to-End Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for partnership campaigns, managing the workflow from initial planning and negotiation to launch and post-campaign analysis.Internal Liaison: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Design, Content, Regional, and Legal teams) to ensure all campaign assets, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.Operational Excellence: Oversee the technical setup of campaigns, including voucher creation, tracking link generation, and ensuring the customer journey is seamless. Affiliate Network SupportPartner Onboarding: Serve as a point of contact for new and existing affiliate partners, guiding them through onboarding and helping them utilize our marketing tools effectively.Performance Support: Work with the Affiliate Manager to identify high-potential partners and provide them with the necessary support to grow their performance. Reporting & AdministrationPerformance Analysis: Monitor campaign and affiliate performance data. Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for optimization.Process Management: Manage administrative workflows, including contract documentation, payment processing, and budget tracking, ensuring 100% accuracy.What We Are Looking ForExperience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or candidates with 1 - 2 years of work experience are welcome.Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously without losing track of details.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Thai and English). You are confident in coordinating with external partners and internal teams.Data Literacy: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
