WWT prides itself on having a continued development of strong workplace culture, creativity and innovation, workforce diversity & global cultural awareness.World Wide Technology Poland, has a very exciting opportunity available for an Associate Material Planner to join our friendly team based in Lodz, Poland.Role responsibilities & duties:Coordinate material transfers between WWT locations and manage system transactions.Communicate with suppliers, purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.Monitor inventory shortages, expedite materials, and resolve inventory issues.Support quality processes (RMA/RTV) and ensure correct invoice flow.Collaborate on inventory introduction and phase-outs to minimize costs.Generate customer and internal reports; maintain KPI performance.Assist in customs clearance and transportation coordination for timely deliveries.,Role requirements:Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally across all levels.Proven track record of delivering results through process improvement.Analytical mindset with basic math and data organization skills.Comfortable navigating complex concepts and tackling new challenges.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Advanced level of English and Polish languages (speaking, reading, and writing)Please note: At this time, we are only considering candidates who are already residing and legally authorized to work in Poland.
