We prototype quickly, iterate often, and ship real hardware.The roleWe’re looking for a hands-on Electronics Operations Coordinator to own the day-to-day flow between ECAD, PCB/PCBA vendors, and our lab inventory. You’ll keep our builds moving by placing/monitoring PCBA orders, wrangling BOMs and parts, and keeping stock tight and accurate.What you’ll doPlace and manage PCB/PCBA orders with JLCPCB/PCBWay/etc. (from Gerbers to delivery)Track DFM notes, resolve manufacturing issues, and update files/revisionsOwn BOM management: sourcing, alternates, lifecycle checks, cost trackingComponent procurement: quotes, lead times, orders, and receiptsStock/inventory management: counts, kitting for builds, re-order pointsMaintain Gerber/ECAD file control and versioning (Altium/Eagle/KiCad)Communicate/negotiate with overseas EMS/suppliers (incl.
