You’ll collaborate with internal teams, customers and vendors to deliver high-quality network solutions and resolve complex issues.This role involves configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, out-of-band management) within a mixed-vendor environment (Cisco, Fortinet, CradlePoint, OpenGear) and performing network migrations, upgrades and decommissions. Occasional after-hours work may be required to support key initiatives.In This Role You WillGenerate and apply configuration to network devices within a mixed-vendor environment Create Network designs, complete technical handover checklists, change implementation plans and other artefacts required by the project.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, eHealth NSW customers and third-party vendors to plan, test, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Participate in planning meetings with eHealth NSW project managers to schedule changes, reviews and customer migrations.Manage IP subnet allocations across the eHealth NSW WAN and LAN subnets for eHealth NSW managed network customers. Adhere to Change Management process strictly.Commitment to the Team’s continuous improvement process, contributing ideas and identifying ways to improve systems and processes.Ensure that network devices are monitored and that network documentation is complete and up to date.
