The work includes succession planning at the highest level, leadership assessments, and advising on top-team effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with a highly respected senior partner from the technology sector from this search firm.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver strategic leadership advisory projects from start to finishLead and structure client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and board evaluationsPrepare high-quality reports and client materials, including board presentationsConduct senior stakeholder dialogues and interviews at C-suite and Board levelMentor and develop junior team members and project staffSupport business development activities and contribute to practice growthYour ProfileYou likely bring 5–18 years of professional experience from one or more of the following backgrounds:Experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, ideally focusing on leadership, people, organizational development, or technology/software topicsBackground as a strategic Chief of Staff or advisor at board or executive level, with exposure to complex decision-making and senior stakeholder managementProven senior leadership experience in a tech or software organization, including responsibility for larger teams and scaling environmentsPrincipal, or Director experience within a leading executive search firm (either global top-tier or a high-quality boutique)Alternatively, experience as a founder, senior operator, or Venture Capital–backed leader in a high-growth startup, or as a VC partner closely involved in building and shaping leadership teamsWe are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree as a minimum; ideally, this is complemented by a PhD or an MBA.Key CompetenciesNatural gravitas and strong stakeholder management skillsA genuine interest in leadership, governance, and organizational dynamicsStructured, analytical, and pragmatic problem-solverStrong project management skills with high-quality execution standardsExcellent communication and writing skills (German and English fluency required)Intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligenceHigh level of ownership, integrity, and entrepreneurial driveWhy join?You will gain unique, boardroom-level exposure early on, work side by side with senior partners around the world and shape the leadership agendas of leading companies.
