Competitive remuneration awaits you!The role in a nutshell:As Tech One’s Associate Pre-Sales Engineer, you will help maintain solid relationships with the company’s key clients and drive our business’s growth. As an advocate of digital transformation, you will help solve our customers’ needs through our digital solutions and services.Duties and Responsibilities Conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.  Developing and presenting customised proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition and features of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure products and services.  Providing technical demonstrations and proofs-of-concept to illustrate how Microsoft 365 and Azure can address customer needs and solve their pain points.  Responding to technical queries and requests for information from customers and partners.  Preparing and delivering technical training and workshops to customers and partners on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure capabilities and best practices.  Supporting the sales team in preparing bids, proposals, and contracts.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and Microsoft representatives.  Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the cloud computing market and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure offerings.  Educational Qualifications Expected  A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.  Expected Experience   At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure plus Microsoft 365/Security platform.   Skill Expected  Azure certifications, such as AZ-104, AZ-900, and AZ-500, are preferred.  Microsoft 365 certifications, such as MS-102, SC-100, SC-200, or SC-300, are preferred.  Proficient in Azure core services, such as compute, storage, networking, identity, security, database, and web.  Strong knowledge in Microsoft on-premises and cloud infrastructure services such as but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, System Center, Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.  Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines and shift basis.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, are a must.  A self-motivated and independent thinker who routinely translates circumstances and understanding into actions that move the business forward in a measurable manner.  Strong learning skills to demonstrate fast adoption of new technologies.  Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.   Working Conditions: Full-time position with standard Maldives office hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM). Hybrid work environment with options for physical work as needed. How to get in touch with us:Address: Tech One Global Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, No:185/4, Havelock Road, Colombo 05E-mail your CV to hr@techoneglobal.com along with the contact details of two non-related referees
