You won't be a spectator; you'll be a key part of our engineering-first, AI-native team building a cutting-edge telehealth and marketplace platform, as well as helping us envision, build and refine newer products like our AI-powered skin/hair analyzer and DermaGPT, our proprietary derma/health assistant.What You Will DoUser Obsession: Spend time with our users and data to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable product improvements.Feature Ownership: Take ownership of smaller features and product enhancements, writing clear requirements and collaborating with design and engineering teams.Launch & Learn: Support product launches, analyze performance metrics, and gather user feedback to inform our next steps.Problem Solver: Help the team navigate daily challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.Documentation & Coordination: Maintain product documentation and help coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure everyone is aligned.Direct Impact: Contribute to the development of our transformative products, including our AI/ML models for dermatological analysis and personalized skincare recommendations.What We Are Looking For0-1 years of experience in a technical, product, data/business analyst, or related role.
