Digitalization & Innovation Manager – BahrainWe are looking for an experienced Digitalization & Innovation Manager to lead the transformation of services, systems, and processes across the organization. This role will champion emerging technologies, enhance user experience, and drive digital innovation aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and implement technology-driven innovations to enhance guest and user experiencesLead digitalization of services and internal processes across all business unitsOversee application architecture and ensure systems are integrated, efficient, and future-readyAct as a business analyst: gather requirements, prepare proposals, and support tendering activitiesManage and deliver technology projects, system upgrades, and application enhancementsCollaborate with unit managers to translate business needs into digital solutionsMonitor and assess emerging technologies (VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, Data Science, etc.) for potential adoptionPrepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadershipGuide cross-functional project teams and ensure successful implementation of digital initiativesEnsure minimal operational disruption during system migrations or upgradesCoordinate with IT Operations and other technology leaders to ensure smooth execution of tech strategiesSupport due diligence for new technologies, including commercial, financial, and technical evaluationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldProfessional certifications preferred (Project Management, MCS, etc.)Training or certifications in VR, Blockchain, NLP, AI/ML, or Data Science are an advantageStrong experience with emerging technologies, applications, systems, and digital platformsHospitality technology experience is highly preferredExperience working in a large or global organization is an added advantageStrong analytical, project management, and communication skillsLeadership & CollaborationWork closely with IT Operations and other departmental managersLead team members assigned to innovation and digitalization projectsProvide guidance, direction, and support for successful project execution
