Associate Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product management, product growth, and enhancing the overall consumer experience for the investment platform on the INDmoney App. Your main KPIs will be:a) Driving investor growthb) Enhancing consumer experience and NPS.Responsibilities:Deeply understand customer needs and gaps, converting these insights into clear and actionable product features and developments.Obsessively leverage data to arrive at clear product actionables to drive growth and enhance NPS.Work closely with Designers, Front end engineers, back-end engineers, CS teams to translate requirements into fully realized products.Work with platform and cross functional teams to build internal app traffic models so as to enhance conversion rates and deliver overall platform investor growth.Requirements:1 to 3 years of Product management experience.Fintech experience is a must; background in wealth or investment businesses is preferred.Hands on with tools to clearly articulate product specifications & user journeys.Ability to be able to write and imagine multiple use cases, edge cases and user stories.Very adept at Data, data visualization tools to be able to derive insights and hypothesis so as to drive product growth and NPS.Should enjoy continuous experimentation and an iterative process to achieve the KPI’s.Extremely customer obsessed with very customer empathy. Should be willing to speak and connect with customers to derive nuanced insights.MBA/ Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering.
