The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and willing to make a significant contribution to the development of the Faculty.RequiredThe Department of Mercantile and Labour Law is responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, supervision, research, and community engagement in the fields of Mercantile Law (Corporate Law, Fintech Law and Regulation, Competition Law, International Trade and Investment Law, Tax Law) as well as Labour Law. The successful candidate for the vacant position in the Department of Mercantile and Labour Law will be required to teach Corporate Law and possibly aspects of Fintech Law and Regulation.
