Function: EngineeringLocation: MRO – BLRReports to: Assistant Manager – Project ManagementJob PurposeTo support planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance projects by managing schedules, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of maintenance projects to ensure timely delivery. Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards. Monitor resource availability, utilization, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Assist in identifying risks and supporting mitigation plans. Contribute to process improvements and best-practice implementation. Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
