Associate Recruitment Consultant

Using a blend of traditional and research-based recruitment, we partner with some of the most innovative and high-performing funds globally. We recruit across all business areas, including trading, risk, and technology.We are now looking for an Associate Consultant to join our growing Investment team, which covers a wide range of mandates - from Portfolio Managers and Traders through to Quantitative Analysts and Quantitative Researchers.The RoleAs an Associate Consultant, you will:Work on live mandates across multiple technology areas while developing your knowledge of financial markets and the recruitment process.Initially, focus on candidate delivery in a 180° role — no business development required until you’re ready to progress into account management.Build, manage, and nurture a strong candidate network across both London and the US.Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.What We’re Looking ForA strong academic background - a STEM / Finance degree is preferred.A genuine interest in the Finance and Investment sectors.A strong work ethicNo prior sales or customer-facing experience requiredExcellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission.Quarterly team events and socials.Annual all-expenses-paid trip abroad (previous destinations include Portugal, Mexico, and Greece).A supportive, high-performance culture where progression is encouraged.This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of technology, finance, and talent acquisition.
