Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic CRM Developer to plan, implement, and optimize NxtWave’s CRM ecosystem. This role is responsible for system integrations, data management, and performance enhancement, ensuring that the CRM platform drives business growth and user engagement.The CRM Developer will collaborate closely with CRM Administrators and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals and customer experience excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ImplementationPlan and execute CRM strategies that align with business and customer objectives. Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Manage integrations with business tools and ensure smooth data flow across systems. Leverage CRM capabilities to drive operational efficiency and process improvements. Data Management & OptimizationAnalyze and enhance data capture processes for accuracy and completeness. Prioritize system tasks and improvements based on business impact. Maintain clear documentation of CRM configurations, workflows, and processes. Collaboration & CommunicationWork with sales, marketing, and service teams to align CRM solutions with user needs. Engage stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate updates, and align priorities. Support user training and adoption to ensure effective use of CRM features. Continuous Improvement & InnovationStay current with CRM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Data analysis and decision-making. Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics). CRM integration and data migration management.
