About This PositionProduct development: focus on innovation for automotive components market, functional coatings, provide technical support to customers. Work well in the team environment and work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Understand automotive applications, market trends and customer needs. Ability to lead new product development projects independently. Self-starter with can do attitude. What you´ll doDrive Innovation & Product development on functional coatings, especially PCB conformal coating. Propose and develop solutions which are strategically aligned with market and customer needs. Support TCS and business team on solving technical problem and providing trouble shooting and technical Solution if required. Secures IP position in own area of development. Lead lab management, lab safety, 5s, housekeeping. Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and business teams. What makes you a good fit Ph.D. or MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, or other relevant technical fields are required. 5+ years of functional coating development experience, conformal coating development experience is preferred. Strong track record in new product development from concepts to commercial success. At least 5 years’ experience in product development for functional coating. Experience in PCB conformal coating application is preferred. Experience in new product pilot and production scale-up is required. Good communication skills among cross functional teams. Fluent English both in written and oral.
