Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1.进行CIS产品前沿工艺探索，了解业界进展； 2.主导建立工艺流程和规格 (PRS, TCP)，制定初版GDR/EDR，搭建测试版图TQV； 3.制定工艺开发计划，推进工艺研发与优化，审核相关技术文档； 4.主导技术转移项目 (technology transfer)； 5.审核并优化新产品流片流程； 6.主导技术平台的优化及良率提升； 7.其他领导交予的工作任务。 任职要求: 1.本科及以上，微电子，物理，材料，化学，光电，电子等相关专业； 2.CET-6，能够阅读英文文献，撰写英文文档； 3.3年以上工作经验，有300mm FAB或CIS产品经验者优先； 4.具备半导体基础知识，熟练使用office软件； 5.积极主动，责任心强，能承受压力，良好的团队协作和创新精神。
