Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 海外招聘HR实习生 工作地点：深圳 岗位职责： 协助海外区域人才招聘，拓展并维护招聘渠道； 承接营销及相关岗位的招聘需求，制定人才搜寻策略并高效交付； 协助优化招聘流程与运营机制，推动标准化、数字化招聘管理； 分析招聘数据，定期输出报表，支持招聘策略优化与资源配置。 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，在读或应届均可； 英语读写流利，具备基本的跨文化沟通能力； 熟悉招聘流程，有相关实习经验者优先； 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通与学习能力； 可全职实习6个月以上，每周5天，表现优异者优先考虑转正。
