The team brings decades of experience and a mission to build lasting value in diverse communities.About the role:Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills, with the ability to analyze property performance, cash flows, and return metrics across multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets.Hands-on asset management experience, including overseeing business plans, capital improvements, leasing, and value-add initiatives to drive asset performance.Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the Sunbelt or other growth-oriented urban areas, and the ability to assess local trends impacting asset value.Experience managing JV and investor relationships, preparing performance reports, and supporting decision-making for acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a lean, collaborative team that values initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in deal execution.
