Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Associated Director - Projects Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies across the organizationLead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing overall team performanceOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-faceted projectsManage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectivenessConduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategiesCollaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals and strategiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departmentsDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practicesEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulationsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification requiredMinimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projectsStrong proficiency in project management software and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsOutstanding leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levelsExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial managementSolid understanding of risk management principles and techniquesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in the construction, IT, or finance industry preferredAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
