The IT Project Manager is responsible to define objectives, plan, execute & monitor all IT Projects within ENBD Group. The project manager will be responsible to manage projects from initiation phase to completion/closure – end-to-end delivery of the project, within agreed timelines, scope and budget.This includes planning, acquiring of resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, external consultants/contractors in order to deliver according to the plan.We are looking for CVs of experienced PM who have implemented end to end data and analytics programs preferably in financial institutions or large organizations.Experience in managing projects / programs using the below technologies (as many as possible).Informatica suite (BDM)Visualization tools – tableau, power BIData models for Risk, Finance, retail and corporate business units (using Python)Projects related to Machine learning, AI, Data scienceExposure to Data governance across the organizationCloudera data platform (CDP)He/She will also monitor and control the quality of the deliverables throughout the project life cycle / across every sprint delivery. He/She will ensure smooth coordination within various teams in Group IT in order to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines and cost. He/She will ensure that project and change management processes are carried out in alignment with the governance processes such as use of project management tools, processes, methodologies etc. The job context and dimensions of the Project Manager will depend on the nature of the final deliverables (product, service, etc.) and/or the nature of the customer (internal, or external: i.e. end user). Maintain all work-stream/project plans, tracking and reporting progress and manage the risk/issue and dependencies which will require having access to confidential business, financial and commercial information. The job accountabilities for the Project Manager include, but are not limited to the followingDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders ensuring technical feasibilityIdentify all the phases, activities and efforts needed to complete the project. Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within scope and approved budgetDefine and collect metrics to track project progress and ensure the deliverables produced are in compliance with agreed Quality measures. Perform resource planning to identify all of the resources required to complete the project successfullyDevelop comprehensive project plans and establish baselines to track progressDevelop the communications methodology, frequency and method. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and project stakeholders in accordance with the communication method and frequency agreed. Direct and manage the project development throughout its life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, closure. Track and manage defects and fixes wherever necessaryDocument all of the project inter-dependencies and list assumptions and constraints. Manage project dependencies and critical path. Identify, manage and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycleMonitor the project budget, ensure project deliverables are within agreed budget. Responsible for optimal conflict resolution within the project team. Organize workshops, including selection of venue, creation and provision of materials, selection and invitation of attendees. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential pain points, and devise and implement contingency plans. Identify lessons learned, best practices and propose improvements to the project management process. Manage overall compliance with Legal, Audit, Risk Management divisions as well as compliance with external and Central bank regulations with respect to electronic and mobile banking solutions along with Business Owner. Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and Project Board/Steer Co. meetings. Monitor the team’s work time and timesheets on a daily basis. Present Project status to Business owner and stakeholders. Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectivelyEnsure timely renewal of resources’ contracts. An overall experience of more than 14 years.
