Manager - HR & AdminJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Context: Manager - HR & Admin is responsible to manage the provision high quality and sustainable HR & Administrative support and personnel assistance of the plant. He is also responsible for liaison with local govt. bodies & external influencer for safeguard of the plant.Job ResponsibilitiesPlanning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & AdminImplement HR practices in organization and counsel and/ or motivate employees to adapt new practicesHandle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related all activities.Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents, letters and memos.Maintaining personal file, service records, separation process of every employee.To maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintain efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and EnvironmentMaintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operationEffectively organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of company vehicle, security, legal affairs, general site/office maintenanceResponsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of all the company propertiesResponsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, CCTV monitoring, surveillance with internal & external theft and threat.Ensure daily accountability of all finished products, billet, scrap etc for avoid unwanted crisis situation.Carry out distribution admin & logistics manpower for smooth delivery servicesMaintain and manage up-to date all compliance files to ensure smooth administrative functionsEnsure the availability of fire and safety equipment`s with good condition for safety working environment of the plant.Analyze the need, develop and execute the support systems and put in place required systems for services like housekeeping, preventive maintenance, office stationery, utilities, parking managementEducational RequirementsMastersMaster’s In any disciplineExperience RequirementsAt least 8 year(s)Additional RequirementsMust have a demonstrable understanding of government rules and regulations regarding contract and property management.Minimum 8 years of operational and administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a company/organization.Experience with the implementation of business conduct plans, fraud prevention, detection, and investigations strongly preferredExperience in asset management of the company.Should have a good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skills, leadership skills, and be able to generate professional reports.Must have the ability to communicate independently in English (Both oral and written).Experience and capability in independent business correspondence, both in Bengali and English.Job LocationChattogram
