Job Description

CodersBucket Ltd is looking for HR & Admin OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityManage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding following company SOPs.Maintain accurate employee records including joining details, leave balances, attendance, and performance data.Prepare and submit weekly Attendance & Worklog Reports and admin summaries to management.Conduct scheduled HR 1:1 check-ins with employees, document outcomes and follow through on action items.Handle all employee queries on HR policies, benefits, leave, and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.Design and develop administrative documents, templates, and reports as per organizational requirements.Run daily, weekly, and monthly admin operations independently including calls, emails, filing, document management, and office coordination.Manage office inventory, equipment, vendor relationships, procurement, insurance records, and service renewals.Manage petty cash, daily expense logs, vendor payments, and monthly reconciliation; keep all financial records accurate and audit-ready.Prepare and submit the Monthly Expense Report and assist in quarterly budget tracking.Coordinate office events, team celebrations, and guest hospitality per company policy.Support management meeting preparation, track action items, and handle assigned tasks promptly without follow-ups.Prepare the Yearly Report at year-end and any on-demand reports as required by management.Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management as and when necessary.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementSkills Required: Administration, Recruitment & Selection, MS Office, ERP Software, Event Management, HR and Administration, Google Sheets, Teamwork and Cooperation, Confidentiality and Ethics, Petty Cash Management EntExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Development Agency, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup-commerce Startup, Shared Mobility Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) StartupAdditional RequirementsHands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.Working knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR compliance practices.Experience with petty cash management and basic accounts.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and solid web research skills.Experience with HRM software, ERP systems, Notion, and Google Drive.Demonstrated ability to analyze, collect, and manage data with accuracy and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English including good typing speed and accuracy.Self-reliant, proactive problem-solver who follows SOPs correctly and flags issues without being asked.Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential employee and financial information.Excellent team player with a positive, flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure.Job LocationDhaka (DOHS Baridhara)
