This role involves managing day-to-day treasury operations, supporting trade finance and long-term funding initiatives, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily treasury operations and ensure smooth executionProvide timely analysis and reporting for management decision-makingAssist in managing banking relationships, including KYC documentation and queriesSupport trade finance activities and long-term fundraising to drive company growthContribute to system automation and process streamlining projectsAssist in Treasury Management System (TMS) studies and implementationEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsHandle ad-hoc tasks as assignedQualifications & SkillsDegree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)5–8 years of experience in treasury operations or corporate banking (commodity trade experience preferred)Strong knowledge of trade finance, loan structuring, cash flow management, FX management, AML and sanctions compliance, and bank covenant requirementsDetail-oriented with hands-on approach and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsHigh integrity, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with strong motivationWhy Join Us?Be part of a globally recognized and trusted agribusiness groupWork in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environmentContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesA company committed to sustainability and ethical practicesReady to Make an Impact?If you're a treasury professional seeking a new challenge in a high-growth, international organization, we’d love to hear from you.
