We are driven by excellence, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to advancing pharmaceutical manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales & Business DevelopmentLead Generation & Conversion: Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking, industry events, and client-focused outreach.Target Achievement: Plan, execute, and deliver on ambitious monthly and annual revenue targets, preparing detailed sales achievement and progress reports.Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, setting clear goals and measurable objectives for the department.Key Account & Relationship ManagementClient Relations: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, local customers, and corporate clients to ensure sustained partnerships.Global Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas suppliers, managing sophisticated commercial matters related to the import of APIs and raw materials.Customer Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing proactive after-sales support and expertly addressing commercial inquiries and concerns.Product ManagementPortfolio Mastery: Deal expertly with the complete portfolio of Pharmaceutical APIs and Raw Materials required by the industry.Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and study of new products (APIs, Excipients, Packaging Material, etc.) to keep MBioLogix at the forefront of the market.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with the product, billing, and customer service teams to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in PharmacyBachelor of Science (BSc) in ChemistryBachelor of Science (BSc)Experience Requirements2 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Indenting Firm,Healthcare/Lifestyle productAdditional RequirementsExperience in any Indenting Company at API, Raw material & Packaging products for 1/2 years are preferable.Experience in Pharmaceutical Company at PD/R&D/QC Department at least one/two year experience.
