Minister Hi-Tech Park Ltd. is looking for Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales Coordinator)Job Description / ResponsibilitySales Coordination & SupportCoordinate daily sales operations between the sales team, management, and other departments (e.g., logistics, accounts, production).Prepare and update sales performance reports, order status, and sales forecasts.Maintain accurate customer databases and assist in lead management.Support sales representatives by providing product information, quotations, and promotional materials.Ensure timely follow-up with clients and distributors for order confirmation, delivery, and payment collection.Order ManagementProcess customer orders accurately and ensure smooth order fulfillment.Track order status and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.Handle delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch.Ensure proper documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.Analyze sales data to support decision-making and strategy formulation.Maintain documentation for all sales-related activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Administrative SupportAssist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events.Support in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.Perform any other duties assigned by management to support sales operations.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Electronic Equipment, Consumer Electronic ItemsExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Electronic Equipment/Home AppliancesFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of ERP / CRM systemsData management and report preparation skillsCustomer relationship managementOrder processing and documentation accuracyAbility to handle multitasking and meet deadlinesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsTeamwork and collaboration mindsetJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
