Stalwart Associates is looking for Sales Representative - Drives & AutomationJob Description / ResponsibilityLead direct and indirect sales for Drives & Automation (D&A) products and solutions.Generate new business leads, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets.Develop and maintain channel partners and dealers to expand regional business.Coordinate with clients (industrial, OEM, and public sector) for technical & commercial discussions.Provide automation project support — from inquiry generation, offer preparation, to order execution.Work closely with the engineering team for PLC, VFD, and DCS-based system integration.Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent after-sales support.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringDiplomaB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution.Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.Experience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Chemical Industries,Plastic/ Polymer Industry,Packaging Industry,Cement Industry,Steel,Tyre manufacturerAdditional RequirementsExperience Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Automation, Drives, and Industrial Sales.Experience with PLC, VFD, and SCADA systems preferred.Candidates having prior work experience with CG Power, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, or similar firms will get preference.Additional Requirements:Strong communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptive to fieldwork.Ability to handle clients independently and close deals.Good command in MS Office and report preparation.Willing to travel frequently.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
