An Israeli high-tech company developing chips, located in Tel Aviv, with a hybrid work model.The role includes responsibility for the full product lifecycle, from silicon validation through high-volume manufacturing and field reliability.The position involves managing three functional teams: ATE Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Quality & Reliability Engineering (QRE).Key responsibilities:Ownership of ATE test strategyOversight of ATE Test Engineering and Product Engineering, including yield improvement and cost reductionParticipation in Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) processes, and complex failure analysis (FA)Leading Quality & Reliability Engineering (QRE), including qualification plans and product release qualificationsRequirements -BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in ATE Test and Product Engineering5+ years of managerial experienceUnderstanding of semiconductor physics, yield ramp, statistical process control (SPC), and quality systems (ISO, AEC-Q100)Experience defining and executing strategies for high-volume manufacturing (HVM), yield entitlement, and cost optimization
