We are seeking a highly driven Investment Banking Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. As an Associate, you will play a lead role in transaction execution—supporting and running M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements from start to finish. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, manage analysts, and take ownership of day-to-day deal execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead deal execution processes including buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments. Build and review complex financial models including DCFs, LBOs, precedent transactions, and public comps.

Draft confidential information memoranda (CIMs), pitchbooks, management presentations, and investor materials. Interface directly with clients, investors, legal advisors, accountants, and other stakeholders throughout deal processes. Manage analysts and support junior team development. Conduct deep-dive industry, market, and company research to inform strategic recommendations. Support due diligence processes and ensure efficient coordination of internal and external deal resources. Assist with business development efforts, including client pitches and transaction origination support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus but not required1–3 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services (e. g.
