ATM Security Officer

Position DescriptionManaging ATM alarms, cameras, NVRs, and security patch updates and working with vendors or relevant parties to ensure the ATM system and operation are stable.‍DUTY & RESPONSIBILITYFollow the schedule for maintenance of the ATM/SSM network device and camera.Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and upgrades as needed.Support ATM. System upgrades and system patches are promptly received from system vendors.Support Issue fixes relate to ATM, alarm system, connection, camera, NVR, and other systems used by ATM/SSM.Support vendor onsite check/maintenance/fix ATM and SSM.Follow the installation of the new ATM/CRM, alarm, and CCTV.Follow standby for weekend and holiday.Report all incident issues on ATM/CRM, alarm, and CCTV. Other tasks assigned by management.‍QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in computer science, IT, or another related field.Minimum of a year of experience in IT work and ATM support with exposure to multiple environments.Good in the English language, both spoken and written.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Able to travel to/across the province.‍How To ApplyInterested and qualified applicants should submit your updated Cover Letter and CV stating the position applied for with your current photo (4x6) through hr@canadiabank.com.kh‍
