Supercell is looking for an enthusiastic AV Support Intern to join its in-house Collaboration team for an 8-month full-time internship starting in January 2026. In this role, you’ll support hundreds of live and hybrid events at Supercell’s headquarters, especially in the auditorium, and handle a wide range of daily AV operations. You’ll be part of a small in-house team of three, working closely with AV consultants and the wider IT team.You’ll be hands-on with digital signage, live mixing, equipment loans, troubleshooting technical issues, and user guidance in meeting rooms. The role gives you a front-row seat to some of Supercell’s highest-profile internal and external events. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic situations and doesn’t shy away from grabbing a mic (or helping someone else wear one right).You’ll also contribute to AV tool development, service documentation, and internal projects – whether that means piloting a new video platform or helping document our AV infrastructure.What makes you a great fit? In this position, you will be employed directly by Supercell. Your main working location will be Supercell’s headquarters in Helsinki, and we expect you to work mostly onsite due to the nature of the tasks. Flexibility is required, as events occasionally take place outside of office hours or on weekends. The role starts in January 2026. Please note that you need to have a valid work permit in Finland.
