GCERTI specializes in management system certifications for a wide range of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and many more. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Auditor role based in Novi Sad. The Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections for compliance with international ISO standards, preparing audit reports, and providing professional recommendations to clients. Key tasks will include assessing management systems, ensuring adherence to certification requirements, and collaborating with clients to maintain and improve standard compliance. The Auditor will also support training sessions and contribute to promoting best practices in management systems. Qualifications Expertise in auditing and knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other related standardsStrong analytical, evaluation, and reporting skills to assess data and present findingsProficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholdersOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple audits within deadlinesProfessionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical practicesExperience in conducting training sessions is a plusRelevant certifications or qualifications in auditing and management systems, such as Lead Auditor certification, are highly preferredFamiliarity with working in compliance-focused or certification frameworksBachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
