Procurement Manager (Thailand-based) | Major EPCC Project We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a dedicated procurement team on a high-impact project. This role will work closely with the EPCC Contractor, overseeing all procurement activities from initial RFQs to vendor document reviews and procurement schedule management. Base Location: ThailandEmployment: Contract Key Responsibilities: Lead the procurement team to ensure efficient collaboration with EPCC Contractor. Manage end-to-end RFQ processes and provide procurement support for vendor design documents and drawings. Monitor and expedite the EPCC Contractor’s procurement schedule.
Maintain close coordination with the engineering team to ensure seamless operations and effective bid evaluations. Identify, validate, and mitigate potential procurement delays or issues. Ideal Candidate: Possesses 12+ years of procurement experience, including significant time in LNG project environments. Demonstrates proven leadership and coordination with cross-functional teams. Has prior exposure to procurement involving refrigerated tanks, liquid ethane tanks, or similar systems—strongly preferred. Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting skills.
