Automation Engineer

G2 is working with an exciting client in the North Holland region who currently require an Automation Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. They work on automated machine and equipment manufacturing projects for multiple industries including Food, Beverage and Chemical amongst others.You will be working on turnkey automation projects, from writing and developing PLCs, through to commissioning and troubleshooting. They require experience at all stages of the project, and a background using Siemens PCS7. Location: Close to Amsterdam, North HollandSalary: €4,000 - €6,000 per month + 8% + bonus + packageWork pattern: Hybrid working availableRequired Skills/Experience:Background in Automation/PLC EngineeringBachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similarWorking experience with writing, developing, integrating and commissioning PLC, DCS or HMI systemsExperience using Siemens PCS7 is essentialEnglish speaking essential, Dutch is beneficial but not essentialThe client is a growing organisation, so the role comes with the opportunity to climb the company ladder and reach senior roles within the organisation.They are happy to see applicants who are living close to Amsterdam, or are prepared to relocate to the North Holland region.
