Automation Engineer

🚀 We’re looking for an Automation Engineer – BuzăuIf you’re passionate about automation, industrial processes, and continuous improvement, this opportunity might be a perfect match.We’re searching for an Automation Engineer who can ensure the smooth operation of automated production systems — from troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to optimization and innovation. The role involves close collaboration with technical and production teams to keep performance high and downtime low.🔧 What you’ll do:• Provide technical support for diagnosing and fixing process automation issues (Siemens PLC – TIA Portal / Step 7).• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.• Perform diagnostics using modern tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, thermography cameras).• Supervise maintenance activities and validate calibrations of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow sensors).• Identify recurring faults, propose corrective actions, and optimize process reliability.• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and work standards (SOP, WI, OPL).• Support the training and development of technical teams on automation systems.🎓 What we’re looking for:• Technical degree in Automation, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics.• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining or developing automated systems.• Working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider).• Experience with SAP – an advantage.• Good English skills and familiarity with MS Office.• ANRE certification (authorized or authorizable).• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.🌟 Why this role stands out:You’ll be part of a modern production environment, surrounded by professionals who value innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence.
