As we scale, we are looking for an Automation & Systems Engineer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building high‑impact, secure automation.  Personal Traits (Absolutely Essential) Lifetime Learner: You pick things up fast and constantly push to learn more. Tech Enthusiast: You love exploring new technology and tools. Big Thinker: You understand the broader vision and break it into logical, actionable steps. Problem Solver: You work through complex challenges methodically, step by step. Security‑Minded: You naturally consider risk and secure practices in everything you do. Persistent: You get things done — even the repetitive, difficult, or deep technical tasks. Team Player: You communicate well, collaborate, and know when to ask for help. Integrity‑Driven: You prefer doing things properly, safely, and predictably. Dreamer: You enjoy imagining better ways of doing things and turning ideas into reality.  Role Overview As an Automation & Systems Engineer, you will: - Build secure, reliable automation across Microsoft 365, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure. - Work across Power Automate, Graph API, Flowise, Bubble.io system flows, and data pipelines. - Troubleshoot and optimize Windows, Linux, VMs, containers, and network environments. - Ensure security, data protection, and compliance standards are embedded in all solutions. - Support document ingestion, metadata extraction, hashing, and structured automation logic. - Assist in developing private AI workflows, vector‑based search systems, and automated document flows. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work across automation, security, cloud, AI, and systems engineering all at once.  Key Responsibilities Automation Engineering Design, build, and maintain secure automation across Power Automate, n8n, and custom APIs. Build structured workflows for file processing, metadata handling, hashing, and validation. Automate SharePoint/OneDrive/Graph API operations including foldering, permissions, and file lifecycle. Support and enhance Flowise pipelines with structured inputs/outputs. Systems & Cloud Engineering Manage and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, VMs, and containerized environments. Work with Azure resources, networking, Entra ID, conditional access, MFA, and secure identity flows. Maintain secure backup/recovery operations and ensure operational continuity. Security & Compliance Embed SOC 2 / ISO27001 / NIST‑aligned best practices. Manage secure access control, encryption, token handling, and permission models. Ensure end‑to‑end secure data flow across automation layers. AI & Data Pipelines Work with JSON structures, CSV generation, and automated data transformation. Support document ingestion including OCR, metadata extraction, chunking, and hashing. Participate in building private RAG workflows and structured data pipelines.  Experience & Skills Required Strong experience with Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Graph API, Entra ID, conditional access. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript. Experience with Windows, Linux, virtual machines, and container environments. Understanding of cloud security, encryption, identity, and automation best practices. Experience in troubleshooting complex system workflows end‑to‑end. Highly Valuable Experience with automation stacks (Power Automate, n8n, Flowise, Make.com). Experience with secure document workflows and metadata‑driven automation. Familiarity with AI pipelines (LLMs, embeddings, chunking, OCR). JSON schema handling, CSV generation, and structured data transformation. Experience with Docker and containerized execution.  Bonus Points For Experience with Bubble.io or other no‑code tools. Experience with LangChain, Flowise custom nodes, or similar AI tech. Knowledge of Weaviate, Pinecone, or other vector databases. Experience handling large‑scale file ingestion (10TB+).  Why Join Us? Work on cutting‑edge private AI automation used in real‑world regulated environments. Learn directly from a founder with deep global tech experience. Massive growth opportunities across AI engineering, automation, system architecture. Fully remote, flexible, high‑trust team environment. Your work will have direct, immediate impact. We hire attitude first — and invest heavily in helping the right person grow.  How to Apply If you love technology, thrive in automation, and want to work across cloud, AI, and secure systems — we want to hear from you. Send your GitHub, portfolio, or examples of real automation/systems you’ve built.  Syncronova.ai – secure automation for the real world.
