Full Stack Engineer Location: AustraliaEmployment Type: Full-Time / HybridAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. You will work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions for users across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.Design scalable architecture and ensure optimal performance.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Integrate APIs and manage databases.Conduct testing, debugging, and optimisation.Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.Ensure alignment with best practices and security standards.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, and one or more frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages.Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and API development.Understanding of version control (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).Understanding of security standards and performance optimisation.Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.What We OfferOpportunity to work on impactful applications across Australia.Collaborative and inclusive team culture.Flexible or hybrid working arrangements.Professional development and training opportunities.Competitive salary and progression pathways.
