This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase listings and user engagement, maintaining relationships with sellers and buyers, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize user experience and ensure the category's success. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ulaanbaatar.QualificationsProven experience in sales management, account management, or business developmentKnowledge of the automotive market, vehicle categories, and sales trendsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in data analysis and market research for identifying growth opportunitiesFluency in Mongolian and familiarity with the local market; English proficiency is an assetAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departmentsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredExperience in online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is a plus
