The Human Resources Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, developing employee engagement strategies, and managing employee benefits and payroll processes. Additionally, the role will entail leadership in implementing HR programs and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values.QualificationsProficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR complianceExperience in developing performance management systems and employee development programsKnowledge of payroll management, benefits administration, and labor law complianceStrong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to implement and maintain HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goalsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the financial services sectorFluency in Mongolian and proficiency in English
