Automotive Diagnostic & FOTA Engineer - VinFast

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on VinFast electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools. Perform and validate FOTA (Firmware Over-the-Air) updates on vehicles, ensuring smooth deployment and software integrity. Collaborate with after-sales teams, dealerships, and service centers to resolve complex vehicle issues. Document findings, technical solutions, and recommend corrective actions for recurring problems. Support training and knowledge transfer for service technicians on diagnostics and software updates. Liaise with R&D and product engineering teams for continuous improvement in vehicle systems.
