About the RoleThese roles are perfect for early-career AI engineers or data scientists looking to expand their skills in LLM-based interaction design, speech system optimization, and production-quality prompt development.You’ll collaborate closely with senior AI Engineers, MLEs, and QA to iterate on agent prompts, tune foundational models, and contribute to the overall agent experience for customers and employees.ResponsibilitiesPrompt Engineering & Agent DesignAuthor and refine prompt instructions, chaining logic, and fallback strategiesDesign and test multi-turn conversation flows aligned to Taco Bell brand voiceBuild and maintain system personas and error handling routinesModel Tuning & EvaluationFine-tune LLMs, ASR models, and embedding systems under supervisionAssist in running experiments using LoRA, distillation, or pruning methodsContribute to agent evaluation metrics, regression tracking, and A/B testsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with MLEs on model integration and performance tuningPartner with QA and PMs to improve agent usability, reliability, and task success ratesHelp manage RAG components, context retrieval chains, and structured data inputsQualificationsRequired Qualifications5+ years experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, or ML-related rolesProficiency in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs)Understanding of prompt engineering, agent flows, and model evaluation principlesInterest in LLM tuning, ASR modeling, or speech interaction designPreferred QualificationsExperience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, or retrieval-based modelsExposure to ASR systems or speech pipelinesFamiliarity with LoRA, distillation, or low-latency AI architecturesPay range and compensation package100% salary during the probation period.Annual Leave: 18 days/year.5 “Recharge Days” – Extra days, in addition to company holidays.1 Day off paid leave for your birthday.Half-day Fridays.Full salary insurance.13th-month bonus.Advanced health insurance (Generali).Regular team and engagement activities.LinkedIn learning & training courses, based on company policy.Free Subscription to the Calm Wellbeing app.MacBook and Monitors.Location: Waseco building, 10 Pho Quang, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city (Hybrid)This position is available exclusively to candidates located in Vietnam.
