EIRE Systems is looking for a bilingual Audio-Video (AV) & IT Support Specialist to join our on-site technology support team in Tokyo. If you’re hands-on, people-focused, bilingual (Japanese & English), and enjoy supporting meetings and events using the latest AV tools — this could be your next great opportunity.Job Responsibilities:Provide daily IT and AV support — handle user tickets, run system checks, and resolve technical issues.Set up, monitor, and support live meetings and online events (Webex, Teams, Zoom, etc.).Troubleshoot and repair AV/conferencing systems, replacing equipment when needed.Work closely with global IT teams and vendors to implement solutions and improvements.Support senior leaders during meetings and conferences — ensuring everything runs smoothly.Train and guide users on how to make the most of AV and conferencing tools.Offer desk-side IT support when not assisting with live meetings or events.Job Requirements:Three plus years of professional IT support experience, ideally in a corporate or global environment.Solid, hands-on knowledge of Audio Visual systems and conferencing platforms.Experience supporting Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.Professional presence and confidence supporting executive-level meetings.Job Highlights:Work in a global, bilingual environment within a leading medical technology company.Collaborate with international teams and grow your professional network.Enjoy a stable, full-time onsite role in Tokyo with opportunities to expand your technical expertise.Join a company that values innovation, teamwork, and exceptional service.※ Applicants MUST be a resident of Japan and be available to work full-time in Tokyo.
