Job Description

One of my client, one of the biggest Commerce client is looking for an IT support in their team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will deliver onsite technical support to employees across Japan offices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting infrastructure operations. You will act as the first point of contact for IT asset management and onsite infrastructure support.Key Responsibilities:Provide in-person technical support (Windows/Mac/Linux)Support and maintain IT infrastructure (network devices, UPS)Manage IT assets and peripherals (receiving, storage, disposal)Procure and track IT inventoryImage and set up devices for new hiresCommunicate via tickets, email, and chatEnsure compliance with IT and security policiesHandle secure disposal of IT mediaImprove operational processes and toolsMandatory Requirements:3+ years of IT-related experienceJapanese lanaguage (JLPT N1 and above)CCNA-level networking knowledgeHardware/software troubleshooting skillsAbility to work occasional weekends/nights and on-callIf you see yourself in this role, please apply or reach out to me directly at +81 50-1807-7361
