Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Avaya Senior Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Avaya Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Avaya communication solutions. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, performing upgrades, integrating systems with other platforms, and ensuring peak system performance. The role may also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enterprise-level communication strategies. Qualifications Experience 3-5 YearsProficiency in Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Aura, and Avaya IP Office systemsExpertise in VoIP, SIP protocols, and telecommunication network architectureStrong problem-solving abilities in troubleshooting and maintaining Avaya systemsExperience in configuring and integrating Avaya solutions with third-party platformsKnowledge of system upgrades, patches, and overall lifecycle managementExcellent communication skills to interact with clients and technical teamsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related fieldAvaya certifications (e.g., ACIS, ACSS) are highly desirablePrevious experience in enterprise-level communications is a plus
