The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer manages all technical aspects of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting) on construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing shop and as-built drawings, coordinating with other disciplines, reviewing submittals, ensuring code compliance, solving technical issues, and preparing reports and documentation. The role also involves providing technical support to project teams and ensuring that all mechanical works meet quality, safety, and project specifications.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in the MEP contracting or construction fieldExpertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems design and executionProficiency in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, BOQs, and technical submittalsStrong knowledge of MEP coordination, project specifications, and codesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to review designs, identify discrepancies, and propose effective solutionsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines
